What we sell
Nord Auto Shop sells paint booths and related equipment. We ship to the USA and can ship worldwide (contact required for non-USA destinations).

Before you email (to get a fast answer)
Please include:
- Paint booth model / link (or what size you need)
- Delivery city + ZIP/postcode + country
- If USA: confirm “contiguous US” or not
- Delivery site details (commercial/residential, forklift/dock availability, any access limits)
- Your preferred payment method (Shopify checkout vs invoice)

Shipping & delivery notes (summary)
Paint booths ship by sea freight and then land freight after landing in the USA.
Typical transit is around 60 days, but sea freight timing can vary.

For USA orders, shipping and customs duties are included in the price unless we notify you otherwise in writing or a government authority requires otherwise.

Payments
We accept:
- Shopify Payments at checkout (processed by Stripe), or
- Stripe invoice with bank transfer (we email an invoice on request).

Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed before payment is made.

Returns / issues on delivery
Because paint booths ship by freight, returns are not accepted.

If there is damage, missing parts, or a defect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order/invoice reference. In most cases we resolve issues by sending replacement parts.

Warranty
Limited 1-year warranty. Warranty terms can vary by product/configuration—email us with the model you’re buying (or your order reference) to get the exact warranty details.
