This Shipping Policy explains how Nord Auto Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships paint booths and related equipment.

1) Where we ship
We ship to the United States and can ship worldwide. For destinations outside the United States, you must contact us before ordering so we can confirm the correct delivered price, route, and delivery requirements.
2) Shipping method for paint booths
Paint booths are shipped using:
- Sea freight to the United States (port of entry), and
- Land freight after arrival (final delivery within the United States).
Freight shipments require scheduling and coordination with the recipient.
3) Pricing, shipping costs, and customs duties (United States)
For deliveries within the United States and worldwide, shipping costs and customs duties are free and included in the product price unless:
- we notify you in writing of an exception before payment, or
- a government authority, carrier, or port requires additional charges beyond the standard import/shipping process (for example, changes in regulations, inspections, holds, or exceptional fees).
If any additional charges are required, we will inform you as soon as we are aware.
4) Worldwide shipping (outside the United States)
We can ship worldwide. In many cases we can provide delivered pricing similar to our U.S. offer, but international logistics vary by destination.
Before you order for a non-U.S. destination, contact us at info@nordautoshop.com to confirm:
- the delivered price and incoterms (who pays what),
- estimated route and timing,
- local import requirements and any destination-specific charges.
Unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing, destination-country import taxes (such as VAT/GST), local customs clearance fees, and any local delivery surcharges may be the buyer’s responsibility.
5) Estimated delivery timeframe
Typical delivery time worldwide is around 5-15 business days for manufacturing and handling, 25-30 business days for shipping.
But it can be shorter or longer depending on carrier schedules, port congestion, customs processes, weather, and other logistics factors.
Sea freight timing is not fully predictable.
Any timeframes shown on the website, in messages, or on invoices are estimates, not guarantees.
6) Delivery appointment, unloading, and access requirements
Freight delivery typically requires an appointment. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accept freight and that you have the ability to unload safely (for example forklift/dock/unloading service).
If you require special services (liftgate, inside delivery, limited access, residential delivery, etc.), you must inform us before payment so we can confirm feasibility and pricing.
7) Shipment updates and documentation
We will provide shipment updates and/or reference information once available. Some freight movements provide limited tracking visibility compared to parcel shipments.
8) Damaged shipments / missing items (important)
You must inspect the shipment on arrival BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
- If you see external damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photos/video.
- If you discover damage after delivery, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order details.
