These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nordautoshop.com and purchases from Nord Auto Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Eligibility and use
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that you will use the website lawfully.

3) Products
We sell paint booths and related equipment. Product photos, descriptions, and specifications are provided for general information and may be updated. If a material detail needs clarification, contact us before payment.

4) Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for verifying that the product and delivery conditions meet your needs before paying.

5) Payments
We accept payment via:
- Shopify Payments on the website (processed by Stripe), and/or
- Stripe invoice with bank transfer (we send an invoice and you pay by bank transfer).

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and accepted.

6) Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed only before payment is made.
Once payment has been made, the order is confirmed and is not cancellable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7) Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Sea freight timing is variable and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

For deliveries within the United States, shipping and customs duties are included in the price unless we notify you otherwise in writing or a government authority requires additional charges beyond the standard process.

For non-U.S. destinations, you must contact us before ordering to confirm the delivered price and destination requirements.

8) No returns (paint booths)
Paint booths are not eligible for returns. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we handle damage/defect/missing parts.

9) Warranty
Paint booths include a limited warranty for 1 year, subject to the specific terms for your purchase. Warranty details can vary by product configuration and are provided upon request. Contact info@nordautoshop.com for warranty information for your intended purchase or your order.

10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

11) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, port congestion, customs holds, weather, labor disruptions, or regulatory changes.

12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where you are entitled to mandatory consumer protections in your country, those protections remain unaffected.
