This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from nordautoshop.com (“Nord Auto Shop”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1) No returns for paint booths
Paint booths are large freight-shipped items and are not eligible for returns. We do not accept returns for “change of mind”, incorrect site conditions, or buyer preference or other reasons.

2) What we do if there is a problem (damage / defect / missing parts)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, we will work with you to resolve the issue. The usual remedy for paint booths is:
- replacement parts, and/or
- technical support, and/or
- other reasonable corrective action depending on the situation.

Refunds are rare for paint booths because issues are typically resolved by replacement parts or support.

3) Reporting timeframe & required evidence
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, email info@nordautoshop.com and include:
- your order number / invoice reference,
- a description of the issue,
- photos/video of the packaging/crate and the product,
- photos of any labels and the delivery receipt if available.

Important: If there is visible external damage at delivery, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing and take photos/video.

4) Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed only before payment is made.
If payment has already been made, the order is treated as confirmed and is not cancellable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
